Sandhill Construction LLC is owned and operated by Andrew Bartholet. Andrew has over 10 years of construction experience spanning single family homes, multi-family residential buildings, and commercial spaces including dining and boutique retail.

Given our broad skillset, we are able to perform most work in-house optimizing project cost without sacrificing quality or good craftsmanship. Large and small projects are considered.

In coordination with our sister company, CleoBeo Studio, we can offer unique and artful design elements, furniture, and other finishes that can elevate the profile of any commercial or residential space.
